Senior HR Business Partner Our manufacturing client is seeking an HR business partner consultant for a long-term engagement. This hybrid position is located in Novi Michigan and will report directly to the VP of Human Resources. The day-to-day responsibilities include: Develops strong partnerships and builds trust and credibility with senior executives and business leaders to provide thought leadership on people-related strategies, including talent management, performance management, employee engagement, and leader development.Partners with the business to determine the right organizational structure, skills, and capabilities required to deliver the strategy.Collaborates with Human Resources colleagues on global project work.Serves as a consultant and coach on challenging employee relations issues while demonstrating strong and effective problem-solving capabilities for complex people issues.Leads by example, demonstrates integrity, and partners with leaders to set the tone for the culture required to create an engaging environment where employees can do their best work.Collaboratively works with global Human Resources team to ensure development and execution of best-in-class processes on how we attract, hire, develop, and retain our talent.Represents organization to ensure all investigations, inquiries, terminations for cause, and employee separations respectively and according to local laws and requirements.Effectively analyzes data to ensure workforce is paid appropriately through annual merit process, hiring, transfers, promotions, etc.
