Our client in the Food Industry is looking for an experienced Help Desk Manager to join their team on a contract to hire opportunity. You will play a pivotal role in managing and coordinating efforts to handle, solve and escalate tickets, ensuring they are efficiently assigned and acted upon. This role centers around ensuring seamless communication with end users and supervising help desk teams, consisting of 10-20 members respectively.Job Responsibilities:Manage and track tickets, ensuring they are properly assigned and actioned on in a timely manner.Maintain clear and proactive communication with end users regarding the status of their tickets and expected solutions.Utilize ServiceNow for efficient issue tracking and management.Guide and manage team of 10-20Develop and enforce help desk policies and procedures.
