Robert Half has partnered with a private equity firm in Denver in search of a Fund Accounting Manager! The Fund Accounting Manager position is paying $100,000-$120,000 bonus!

The Fund Accounting Manager will be responsible for the following:

• Review quarterly consolidated fund reporting prepared by the fund administrator to ensure technical GAAP accuracy and ledger maintenance.
• Supervise and review the work of fund accounting staff.
• Act as key liaison between our organization and fund administrator related to fund and property accounting, capital calls and distributions, and management fee calculations.
• Review all corporate-related accounting processes including T& E, A/P, and preparation of accurate and timely quarterly corporate financial reports in accordance with GAAP and company policies.
• Maintain a working knowledge of and monitor all accounting-related matters pertaining to the firm’s assets and entities.
• Treasury management and maintaining cash oversight, including proposing capital calls and distributions.
• Project manage period-end financial statement reporting, year-end audit and tax compliance.

Requirements for the Fund Accounting Manager include:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5 years of fund accounting experience
• 1 years of supervisory experience
• Real estate funds or private equity funds experience is preferred, but not required
• CPA preferred, but not required
