The Executive Assistant Office Manager provides upper-level administrative support to the high-level executive leadership and upper management. This role performs clerical tasks including calendar management, PowerPoint preparation, office food & supply ordering, meeting preparation, travel logistics, expense reporting, and management of overall office function. The Executive Assistant Office Manager also provides support by handling information requests, preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings for executive functions.
