- Assist your assigned project manager with each project.
- Uploading of key project documentation such as project notes, pictures, status updates, etc
- Schedule, coordinate, and oversee crews and resources to provide service on active projects including subcontractors
- Review job site documentation to support the services provided
- Establish and maintain a high level of quality and professionalism on each job site
- Maintain written communication with the project manager, customers, teammates, and vendors
- Perform quality control checks during each phase of reconstruction
- Manage production expenses including equipment, vehicles, and other material assets
- Assist the Project Manager with managing customer and client experience and overall customer satisfaction tracked with online reviews
- Provide priority response to potential customers
- Be able to communicate changes to a job site’s work detail to subcontractors while minimizing delays.
- Valid driver’s license
- High school diploma/GED; Associate degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- At least 1 year of management and/or supervisory experience
- At least 3 years of industry experience
- IICRC certification preferred
- Ability to read Xactimate estimates preferred
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces, attics)
- Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
- Ability to work with/around cleaning agents
- Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
