Sr. Project Manager.
Our client is a General Contractor on Chicago's NW Side, serving the commercial, industrial, and institutional community since 1940.
This company provides a number of construction services and can work in a variety of project delivery methods. The scope of their work includes out-of-ground new construction, building expansions, and renovations. Their projects include commercial, industrial, institutional, multi-family residential, truss repair & structural shoring. 
We are looking for a Sr. Project Manager to join their team on Chicago's NW Side. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
Responsibilities:
Oversee and manage construction projects from conception to completion.
Work closely with the Project Team to develop project plans, budgets, and schedules.
Communicate with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure the project runs smoothly.
Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standard.
Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure the project stays on track.
Manage and lead project team members, including subcontractors and other stakeholders, to ensure they are working efficiently and effectively.
Maintain project documentation, including drawings, specifications, and contracts.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, ensure safety, and identify potential issues.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
5 years of experience in construction project management.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipment.
Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
