We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Customer Success Specialist in the Manufacturing industry, at our location in Kalamazoo, Michigan. This role primarily involves providing support to our inside sales team, handling customer service inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction by using a variety of skills including CRM, Database management, handling EO/IR systems, and proficiency in MS Suite particularly Microsoft Excel.Responsibilities:• Deliver exceptional customer service through email communication, promptly addressing and resolving customer inquiries and complaints.• Support by entering orders and providing quotes.• Utilize CRM and Database systems to maintain and update customer records.• Collaborate with internal teammates to ensure customer satisfaction.• Handle order processing efficiently and accurately.• Foster strong client relations and work towards enhancing the customer experience.• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving customer complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
