Success Specialist

Who you are

A Success Specialist is the main point of contact and support for important clients in their implementation of our software. You take ownership of the work assigned, and don't hesitate to jump in wherever needed. You take pride in problem resolution, client satisfaction, and providing an unforgettable experience to the client. Bottom line, you need to be comfortable taking responsibility for outcomes and not process because there will be bumps along the way.

We are a growing software company looking to add a Success Specialist to our team. We provide cloud-based software solutions to more than 1,000 agencies serving older adults and persons with disabilities – from small nonprofits to large government agencies. This job is for you if you strive for

• Building relationships, providing encouragement, education and direction to clients to get the most out of our software
• Managing implementations of our proprietary cloud-based case management software
• Communicating with clients about their system needs and requests (via phone, email, and occasionally in person)
• Documenting any issues for our development team (including tracking those issues to resolution and checking to make sure the system works as intended)
• Ensuring that the client's expectations are set (and met) throughout the process
• Occasional travel to client sites and conferences
• Collaboration with internal and external customers
• Attention to detail including follow-up and follow-through
• Rolling up your sleeves to help provide the best experience possible
• Finding answers to grow your knowledge
• Being dependable and prompt

Are you skilled in

• Building relationships with clients and passion for teaching
• Strong logic and excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organization and time management; able to prioritize a large volume of work effectively and efficiently with tight deadlines ability to sort, triage, and screen
• Flexibility to embrace change enthusiastically

Your education and experience

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent on-the-job experience

Job Type

Exempt, Full-time, fully remote.

Pay

$55,000 - $65,000 per year
