Due to an internal promotion, we are seeking a customer-centric Customer Service (Health & Welfare) Representative to join this fun, family-culture, team which ultimately administers the benefit plans for employees and retirees along with supporting all member needs associated with claims, eligibility, plan administration.
Are you passionate about providing exceptional customer service in the realm of employee benefits? As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a pivotal role in this team which as a whole ensures members receive top-notch assistance with their pension, 401k, and health insurance plans.
