Responsibilities:• Handle inbound customer service calls and resolve customer inquiries.• Conduct outbound calls as necessary to predetermined continuous customers.• Utilize CRM systems to manage customer accounts and maintain customer relationships.• Perform data entry tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.• Manage customer service email correspondence and respond to customer inquiries.• Ensure efficient order entry and schedule appointments as necessary.• Utilize Microsoft Excel and Word for data management and document creation.• Leverage skills in Account Management and B2B Sales to enhance customer relationships and drive sales.• Ensure all customer interactions are in line with company standards and protocols.• Collaborate with team members to ensure a high level of customer service is maintained.
