-Ensures accurate observance of billing and e-billing requirements and processes-Prepares ad-hoc billing reports for internal and external clients-Ensures timely invoice submission to clients, based on established timelines-Creates and distributes ad hoc operational and billing reports to management as requested-Works with Revenue Management Department to identify, review and recommend changes to automate or enhance timeliness, accuracy, and efficiency of billing processes-Supports internal and external auditors as requested-Supervises billing staff, recommends any necessary training/changes-Provides feedback during the staff performance appraisals, develops performance management objectives to address concerns, drives engagement and retention; participates in team hiring and separation decisions-Delegate’s assignments and projects to staff as appropriate
