Reports to: Director of Ops, General Manager and Assistant Managers
The Supervisor (SUP) has a primary focus on the daily sales results of the store, the employees working in the store, and the overall operations and maintenance of the store. The SUP will work closely with the location Management team and all store associates.
The SUP will oversee all operations to ensure that stores run smoothly. The SUP will train and supervise staff, ensure compliance with food health and safety regulations, and resolve customer complaints.
