We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Benefits Specialist to join our client's team. As a Benefits Specialist, you will play a crucial role in the administration and operations of employee benefits. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in benefits administration and operations, with a strong focus on providing excellent service to employees. 100% Remote (California Residents Only) Duration: 3-6 months Job Function Details: Technical Skills: · 3 years of experience in benefits administration and operations, ideally in an employee-facing role.· Proficiency in handling benefits inquiries and using ticketing systems.· Knowledge of Leave of Absence (LOA) administration is highly desirable and act as the primary point of contact for employees with benefits-related questions.· Utilize our ticketing system and email inbox to manage inquiries effectively and in a timely manner· Experience with Workday benefits administration, pulling and auditing reports on benefits enrollment, contributions, loa, and more. · Collaborate with the benefits team to ensure ongoing updates are accurately recorded in our systems. Facilitate the timely transfer of necessary data to benefits vendors.· Facilitate new hire benefits orientations to ensure employees are well-informed about their benefit options.· Assist in the benefits open enrollment process, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience for employees. Systems:Workday (hard requirement) Excel – VLOOKUP
