Are you a hands-on HR Generalist with strong payroll processing, benefits administration, vendor management and enjoy partnering with small HR and Finance teams to deliver a variety of HR programs and services? Global gaming company known to invest in employees and promote from within may need you to fill a key role on their team. As this is a hybrid role, only CA residents will be considered.

What you will do:

• Process semi-monthly payroll and manage data integrity in Paylocity
• Lead employee benefits renewal, administration and vendor management
• Partner with HR Director and Finance on workforce planning, headcount reporting, forecasting and budgeting
• Contribute to compensation benchmarking during hiring and forecasting
• Partner with colleagues on employee performance review process
• Support HR team with additional projects as needed

• Strong HR systems data integrity and reporting skills
• Strong analytical skills contributing to workforce planning, forecasting and budgeting
