A Robert Half client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented (Part-time 30 hours) Benefits Coordinator to join their team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing HR processes, with a primary focus on benefits administration, leave management, and onboarding. The Benefits Coordinator will work closely with employees, guiding company policies and practices while ensuring compliance with regulations.Schedule-Location: Mon-Fri, 30 hours per week | 1 day on-site in San Francisco, CA Contract Duration: 3 months Responsibilities: -Assist in managing and administering employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other voluntary benefits.-Enroll employees in training platforms, ensuring effective communication and understanding of available resources.-Utilize ADP for HRIS (Human Resources Information System) purposes, providing expertise in navigating the system.-Collaborate with HR team members to streamline and enhance HR processes for efficiency.-Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.-Reconcile benefits statements to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies promptly.-Coordinate training programs for employees, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and individual development plans.-Update and maintain training records, tracking employee progress and completion.-Guide employees on various HR-related matters, including workplace issues, complaints, and concerns.-Resolve matters promptly or escalate them to the appropriate level of management when necessary.HRIS: ADP (Not a hard requirement)
