Key Responsibilities:Manage the accounts payable function, including processing invoices, expense reports, and payment transactions.Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant regulations.Review and reconcile accounts payable transactions to ensure accuracy.Supervise accounts payable staff and provide guidance and training as needed.Maintain vendor records and manage relationships to ensure timely payments and resolve any issues or discrepancies.Prepare reports and analysis related to accounts payable activities.Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency.Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes as needed.
