This Accounts Payable Clerk role will be located in the Kalamazoo, Michigan area and will be a short-term contract / temporary position.What you get to do every day- Manage the process of verifying, logging, and mailing checks, including expediting special handling- Sort, log, scan, and file invoices, checks, and other documents- Manage customer service tasks for internal business partners- Carry out daily processes and controls accurately and on time, and ensure compliance with company policies- Handle the administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department- Complete full-cycle A/P- Complete special projects on an as-needed basis- Assist with internal and external audits as needed- Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it
