The successful candidate will be proficient in using Excel and Sage MAS 500, and will be expected to maintain high levels of accuracy and reliability in their work.Responsibilities:• Utilize Excel and Sage MAS 500 to manage accounts receivable functions• Process and manage shipping reports on a regular basis• Audit outbound orders that require invoicing each day• Perform data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy• Maintain reliability in managing and completing tasks on time• Uphold strong email communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders• Execute clerical duties related to accounts receivable, including coding invoices• Apply knowledge of basic accounting principles to ensure accurate financial records• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and billing responsibilities diligently• Utilize Excel formulas to perform basic math functions for accounting purposes.
