The Accounts Payable Clerk position will require to match and batch code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks.How you will make an impact- Carry out additional projects as required- Facilitate internal and external audits as needed- Manage full-cycle A/P- Manage department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it on a daily basis- Sort, register, scan, and store invoices, checks, and other documents- Assist internal business partners with any customer services needs- Perform daily processes and controls correctly and punctually, ensuring company policies are followed- Manage the process of verifying, logging, and mailing checks, including expediting special handling- Assist the AP/Finance Department with administrative tasks
