This role is in the manufacturing industry and requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, tracking expenses, reconciling processed work, and preparing bills, invoices, and bank deposits. Responsibilities:• Accurately and efficiently process customer invoices, ensuring compliance with financial policies• Analyze expense reports and allocate costs to relevant accounts and cost centers• Verify entries and compare system reports to balances to reconcile processed work• Prepare bills, invoices, and bank deposits• Utilize skills in Accounts Payable (AP), Check Runs, Coding Invoices, Data Entry, Invoice Processing, and Microsoft Excel to maintain accurate financial records• Monitor customer credit accounts and take necessary action to collect delinquent payments• Maintain accurate customer credit records• Resolve customer credit inquiries• Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently.
