Our client is a wholesale distributor. They are an award-winning, international organization that CFS has worked with very successfully in recent years. They are now looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team.

Flexible schedule
Here's what you would be doing in the role:

• Scan invoices daily, data entry
• Resolve invoice and receipt discrepancies
• Maintain vendor records
• Enter invoices in system
• Match the invoices sent to the AP office to the PO or debit memo and receiving document
• File invoices into the open invoice system
• The Accounts Payable Coordinator may assist with administrative or receptionist functions if needed

• NetSuite experience is preferred, not a must have
• Exposure to Excel (Basic functions, data manipulation)
• The Accounts Payable Coordinator must have experience with full-cycle AP
