Robert Half is working with a wholesale distributor located in Tacoma who is committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service to their clients. As they continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Accounting/Office Manager to join their team and manage their accounting, human resources, and administrative functions.Position Overview: We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Accounting/Office Manager to oversee our company's financial and administrative operations. This role will be responsible for handling all aspects of accounting, human resources, and select administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our business.Key Responsibilities:Full-Cycle Accounting:Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software (QuickBooks).Prepare and process invoices, payments, and receipts.Reconcile bank statements and accounts payable/receivable.Generate financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Human Resources:Manage payroll processing, including calculating wages, deductions, and taxes.Administer employee benefits programs and ensure compliance with relevant regulations.Maintain employee records, including time-off requests, attendance, and performance evaluations.Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes, including posting job vacancies and conducting interviews.Stay updated on labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance.Administrative Tasks:Manage office supplies inventory and procurement.Handle the administration and management of all contracts.Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls.Assist with special projects and tasks, as assigned by management.Ensure the office environment is organized and efficient.Salary and Benefits:The base salary for this role is $80-85k annually.
