We are looking for MATERNITY LEAVE COVERAGE for our Front office coordinator . You will act as the ‘face’ of our office and ensure patients receive a heartwarming welcome. You will coordinate all front desk duties such as checking in/out patients, verifying insurances among other small duties. As a Front office coordinator, you should be upbeat and friendly. Our ideal candidate can deal efficiently with complaints and has a solid customer service approach. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure our front desk provides professional and friendly service to our customers.
COVERAGE WOULD START JUNE 11TH - MID SEPTEMBER , ENDING DATE SUBJECT TO CHANGE
SCHEDULE:
Tuesday -Thursday 7:30am-5pm
Friday 5am- 2pm (surgery days)
ONE SATURDAY a month 8am-2pm
