The Roanoke Restaurant is an established, multi-unit restaurant concept located in the heart of the Chicago Loop and is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager. The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, and the ability to train, educate, and motivate staff to perform to the standards set by the company. We are a full-service restaurant searching for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, results-oriented person to join our team.
This position will manage the daily operation of the restaurant to ensure high-quality food, outstanding service, and complete guest satisfaction. The Restaurant Manager also oversees and analyzes overall operations that affect the profit plan including daily sales, labor, and cost and inventory controls.
Qualified candidates will have 2 years of stable management experience in a full-service, high-volume restaurant with a focus on exceptional service.
Strong written and verbal communication skills are required. An established, progressive career history is a must. We offer a competitive salary, quarterly bonus potential, excellent benefits package including medical, dental, paid vacation, paid sick time, meals, and room for growth.

Requirements
- Health and Sanitation Certified
- Trained Allergen and alcohol awareness
- Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to stand and walk for 8-12 hours per day.
- Safely move about in all areas of the restaurant
- Will frequently reach, feel, bend, stoop, and carry.
- Ability to carry up to 30 pounds (the weight of a heavy tray)
- Must be able to work in both warm and cool environments, indoors and outdoors.
- Work in space with variable ventilation, smoke, and extreme temperatures
- Must be able to tolerate higher levels of noise from customer and employee traffic while in the field.
