$30,000 Salary Commission

• Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM
• Create and fulfill a customer acquisition strategy for your sales territory
• Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products
• Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry
• Attend online and in-person meetings, trainings, trade shows, and sales events

• Prospecting for new customers
• Estimating for construction projects
• Generating leads
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals
• Negotiating all contracts with prospective clients
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports
• Giving sales presentations to a range of prospective clients
• Cold calling, networking and client/associate referrals
• Inspecting, scoping, photographing and estimating projects
• Building relationships with customers
• Generating revenue
• Maintaining customer database

• Applicants should have 3-5 years of sales experience for this role
• Experience using a CRM is preferred
• To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
• You must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Bachelor's degree or high school diploma preferred

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales of residential construction products
• Strong interpersonal skills and sales aptitude with an enthusiastic, results-driven approach
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience using a CRM is preferred
• You must have a driver's license and a reliable vehicle
