Description

This is a hybrid position working 1 or 2 days a week at our Lake Zurich, Illinois office and the remainder at home.

We are looking for a highly organized and skilled HR Associate to join our dynamic team. Reporting directly to the HR Manager, the HR Associate will play a crucial role in supporting various human resources functions, contributing significantly to our company's overall success. If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for HR and a strong commitment to excellence, we encourage you to apply. Please note, this is a hybrid position.

What are an HR Associate’s Responsibilities?

- Facilitate new hire onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth transition for employees into their roles.

- Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases, handling confidential information with discretion.

- Provide support in employee relations matters, serving as a point of contact for inquiries and concerns.

- Assist with HR administrative tasks such as payroll processing, benefits administration, and documentation.

- Help ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.

- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives and other duties as needed.

What Experiences and Education Do I Need to Bring To RLS?

- 2 years’ experience in HR administration.

- Strong understanding of HR principles, practices, and regulations.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HRIS software.

- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- High level of integrity and professionalism, with a commitment to maintaining confidentiality.

- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt to changing priorities.
