Job Title: Full-time Line Cook (3pm-11pm Shift)

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Line Cook to join our culinary team for the evening shift. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment and be passionate about delivering high-quality dishes to our guests. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k company match, fitness reimbursement, and Marriott hotel benefits.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards
- Ensure all food items are prepared and presented with high quality and consistency
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Adhere to all food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient kitchen operations
- Assist with inventory management and ordering as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Line Cook or similar role preferred
- Culinary degree or equivalent work experience is a plus
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
Schedule: 3:00pm - 11:00pm
