Responsibilities included but not limited to, answering phones, taking payments, handling customers questions about their bill, contact clients by phone, emails, or text on a daily basis, maintaining customer accounts, maintain a strong work ethic with total commitment to success each day, general customer service duties as presented and perform other duties as assigned including writing new policies.

Ideal candidate will have pc skills, basic math skills and the ability to multi task is a must.
