Moore Response Management Group (RMG) is currently seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Account Coordinator to join our team. As an Account Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Account Management Team in delivering top-notch direct response processing, fulfillment, and strategic solutions to our diverse range of clients. You will work closely with Account Managers and internal cross-functional teams to ensure client projects are executed flawlessly and on time. This role also presents an opportunity to grow within the company, with the potential to transition into an Account Manager position.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Gather data for account metrics and contribute to regular meetings.
  • Develop a strong understanding of all response processes and operations.
  • Assist in researching and resolving client issues.
  • Document work instructions and updates for review by Account Managers.
  • Prepare documents for client status meetings.
  • Monitor and document client projects from planning to delivery.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure programming specifications are implemented effectively.
  • Maintain client information and communication documentation in the database.
  • Assist in reviewing monthly client billing.
  • Serve as a backup client contact for assigned clients.
  • Report to the Director and assist with client business needs.
  • Maintain up-to-date shared calendars regarding client visits and out-of-office schedules.

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma and one to two years of related experience.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business documents.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with nonprofit donor databases and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software preferred.
  • Strong mathematical and reasoning abilities.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds.
  • Availability for occasional travel, evening, or weekend work.
Work Environment:
Daily work in an office environment with occasional time spent in operational departments.
Moderate noise level in the work environment.
