Merkle Response Management Group is Hiring a Shipping Clerk Near Hagerstown, MD
- Sort trays by client upon receipt in the shipping department.
- Place trays in the proper location for shipment.
- Prepare and ship work following client instructions.
- Generate "Packing Slips" on the computer with all relevant information for clients.
- Run "Summary Report" from the computer for drivers.
- Consolidate and log stored trays before placing them on shelves.
- Receive and log packages from shipping drivers and outside couriers.
- Operate Postal Meter, UPS Meter, Fed-EX, etc.
- Notify other employees of items for pick-up or deliver items as needed.
- Basic Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to address issues as they arise.
- Outstanding Customer Service Skills: Experience in providing exceptional service to customers.
- Multitasking Ability: Capable of handling multiple tasks and adjusting priorities quickly.
- Adaptability: Able to retain and understand directions easily, and willing to change course as needed.
- Spanish Language Proficiency: Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for long periods and withstand prolonged screen time.
