Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Barista/ Customer Service Representative. As a Barista/Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and develop valuable customer service skills.

Duties:

- Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner

- Assist customers with their orders and provide recommendations

- Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately

- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints in a timely manner

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the customer service area

- Follow beverage recipes to prepare for customers.

- Follow food handling and preparation guidelines to ensure food safety

- Utilize POS (Point of Sale) system, such as Aloha POS, to process orders efficiently

- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure prompt service

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in customer service is preferred

- Strong communication skills and ability to interact effectively with customers

- Basic math skills for cash handling and order processing

- Knowledge of food service industry practices and standards is a plus

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism

- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 – 35 per week
