Rhino is Hiring a Remote Consumer Marketing Manager

As a Manager of Consumer Marketing at Rhino, you will be focused on messaging Rhino’s products and features to our B2C audiences. You will ensure that tone and messaging resonates with renters across the country who are seeking a more affordable way to move into their next home. This position will work cross functionally to support product education and foster alignment around a central brand narrative.

In this role you will:

  • Work cross-functionally with Product, Risk, Support, and other teams on key business initiatives as well as product and feature optimizations
  • Be a steward of messaging and brand voice for Rhino products and features, including positioning, voice, and tone in content creation
  • Create and execute on marketing strategies to improve product education and other key business metrics
  • Measure and report on marketing strategies in order to measure the success of and improve KPIs
  • Create and manage renter engagement strategies cross functionally with product, policy, risk, and support teams

We’re ideally seeking:

  • 4 years of relevant experience in product marketing, lifecycle marketing, brand marketing or growth marketing in a B2B environment, preferably in the FinTech space
  • Demonstrated experience understanding audiences using both qualitative and quantitative research
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Natural collaborator with strong project management skills, experienced at meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to navigate ambiguity and build from the ground up
