WHO YOU ARE

You’re a detail-oriented, customer-centric, data driven marketer looking to join a Global team. As the Manager of Marketing Automation you are a critical part of our marketing team and will be responsible for the identification & nurturing of key segments, mapping new customer journeys for potential and existing customers. The ideal candidate has experience in managing Marketo programs with a proven track record of acquisition and retention efforts through email marketing. You are a strategic thinker, problem solver, experienced project manager whose communication is focused on building meaningful and impactful long-term relationships with customers. This role will report directly into the Director of Performance Marketing in Atlanta, GA. 

IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

  • Spearhead strategy for all marketing automation programs with goals of driving revenue and product adoption
  • Optimize inbound lead flow, including distribution of leads to sales team and identification of high value opportunities 
  • Oversee the Marketo implementation and all data flowing between Marketo and Salesforce 
  • Manage the email creation process while partnering with the content & design team to align on brand voice, look & feel.
  • Utilize Salesforce.com and Marketo to effectively leverage sales & marketing data to plan and implement targeted re-engagement and new business acquisition strategies.
  • Partner with technologies and key stakeholders to define and implement process re-engineering and marketing automation capabilities
  • Interface and coordinate with marketing, partnership, and sales teams to coordinate automation and tracking of communication
  • Collect reporting requirements to generate campaign performance reports

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WITH

  • Experience managing email marketing automation campaigns for a B2B / SaaS company
  • Proven executor of automated campaigns using Marketo for various business objectives
  • Demonstrated comfort level with popular marketing software applications, such as content management systems, marketing automation tools, email service providers, and CRM systems particularly a high level of competency in using Salesforce.com
  • A successful track record of developing and managing personalized drip campaigns that drive measurable lead retention & revenue growth
  • Comfortable working with sales, product & customer success teams to build relevant messaging flows for potential, new and existing customers 
  • Experience leveraging multi-channel strategies that drive cross-product adoption with existing customers.
  • Extensive project management & organization skills including: conceptualization, brainstorming and critical thinking while driving cross-team alignment. As well as, managing deadlines and objectives, delivering analyses, managing learnings and creating thoughtful recommendations for future iteration. 
  • Exceptional skills in Excel and Google Analytics. Current Marketo Expert Certification.

NICE TO HAVES

  • Working knowledge of HTML is a plus.
