The Customer Service Representative is a customer’s primary point of contact for the processing of quotes and orders. They monitor all incoming requests working them in priority, processing them on or before the turnaround time goal. They are also the Regional Sales teams’ primary point of contact for any additional support needed to serve the end customer, including, but not limited to, high priority requests, quote and order tracking, and assistance with project work. They must be able to work in a high-volume sales environment, be able to process work proficiently and accurately, and must be able to work self-directed.
