RGGUSA is Hiring a Sales Account Executive Near Los Angeles, CA

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Opener to join our team. The Sales Opener will be crucial in initiating contact with potential clients, introducing our products and services, and setting appointments for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and a solid ability to build rapport with clients over the phone. This role requires someone proactive, results-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Initiate contact with potential clients via phone or email
  • Introduce our products and services to potential clients
  • Qualify leads and gather relevant information
  • Set appointments for the sales team with qualified leads
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and works in the CRM system
  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of qualified leads
  • Assist with other sales-related tasks as needed

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation skills
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales processes
  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in a related field is a plus

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the precious metals industry or a related field
  • Knowledge of precious metals terminology and products
  • Previous experience with outbound sales calls or lead generation

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour
