Revamped Home Security is Hiring a Customer Service Representative Near Richardson, TX
*WORK FROM HOME!*
Revamped Home Security, an upbeat ADT Authorized Dealer in Dallas/Fort Worth, Houston, San Antonio, Oklahoma City, and Austin is searching for a part-time Customer Service Respresentative. Must be willing to work Monday - Friday 6 pm - 9 pm and Saturdays 9 am - 2 pm.
Requirements:
Outgoing Personality
Easy to talk to in person or on the phone
Quick learning ability and detail oriented
Time management skills
Reliable Transportation to our Dallas office
Job Duties:
Manages and assists in phone calls to help customers
Support CEO and VP with various tasks such as:
- Manage payments from customers and venders
- Assist in managing accounts with ADT
- Accepting customer accounts from sales representatives
- Call and schedule services as needed
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 per hour
