**Overview:** We are seeking a dedicated Treatment Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office and medical office management, possess excellent phone etiquette, and be proficient in various administrative tasks. **Responsibilities:** - Manage front desk operations and ensure smooth patient flow - Coordinate treatment plans and appointments for patients - Oversee payroll processing and maintain accurate records - Develop and conduct training programs for staff members - Handle office management duties efficiently - Lead and supervise the administrative team - Organize and execute events related to patient care **Requirements:** - Proven experience in office management or related field - Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail - Proficiency in team management and supervising roles - Strong communication skills and ability to interact with patients and staff effectively - Experience in event planning is a plus Joining our team as a Treatment Coordinator offers the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic healthcare environment while utilizing your skills in office management, team leadership, and patient care coordination.
