Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Account Manager to join our restoration team. As a Commercial Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and developing key client accounts, driving sales growth, and identifying new business opportunities. Duties:

- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to track sales activities and manage customer relationships
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management, business development, or technical sales
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate contracts and close deals
- Proficient in using Salesforce or other CRM tools for sales tracking and reporting
- Knowledge of the restoration industry is required
