Rest Easy Pest Control is Hiring a Customer Experience Representative Near Somerville, NJ

Looking for an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and rapidly expanding company? We're searching for a talented team player to join our hardworking and dedicated team, where you'll be responsible for driving customer growth and retention.

We're looking for an individual who is dependable, trustworthy, and possesses a positive attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service. You should be able to handle difficult situations with professionalism and tact, and have good written and verbal communication skills.

The ideal candidate should also be proficient in multitasking and working on the computer.

Candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service and/or inside sales. This job is ideal for someone who is dependable, people-oriented, and can thrive in a high-pressure environment.

The job requires working 8-hour shifts, Tuesday - Saturday, and overtime as needed.

Communication methods used include email, phone, text, and chat.

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
