Qualifications

• BA/BS required (quantitative area of study preferred)
• 6 years of experience within advanced analytics and measurement techniques (within Pharma preferred)
• Proficiency in SAS/R/Python, SQL, Tableau, MS Office Suite

Experience

• Experience framing and delivering advanced analytics solutions to the commercial organization
• In-depth understanding of applied analytics and statistics (e.g., data analysis, multivariate statistics, econometrics modeling, test and control approaches etc.)
• Ability to draw inferences from disparate pieces of data, identify and frame key analytics, and link to business implications providing recommendations in a business-friendly format
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels
• Strong presentation development and delivery skills
• Superior knowledge of secondary healthcare data
• Experience and knowledge of data security and privacy issues for a global company
• Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment with multiple competing priorities

The key responsibilities for this role include:

• Monitor adoption and execution of the CE3 Models across major therapeutic areas within the US via tracking omni-channel adoption and execution of model suggestions and soliciting field feedback on an ongoing basis, and effectively communicate identified trends to matrixed stakeholders within Commercial and BIA
• Support measurement workstreams of the program demonstrating how acted upon model suggestions impact customer omni-channel engagement and drive sales lift analysis via sound Test & Control approach on a periodic basis
• Utilize disease area knowledge to bring business application to analytical findings and create additional value for stakeholders
• Utilize creative thinking to implement new measurements to demonstrate value of the CE3 model and how it can be improved
• Be the point for evaluation of the impact of new content and deliver insights to the organization in terms of content best practices
• Provides support in development of materials for various core and co-ordination meetings
• Manage the Operations of the program to ensure smooth deployment and adoption
