Residence Inn Charleston River View is seeking a dedicated Front Desk Associate to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our front desk staff, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a positive and memorable experience from check-in to check-out.
Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a warm and professional manner.
• Efficiently handle guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
• Answer and direct phone calls with a courteous and helpful attitude.
• Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and concerns.
• Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area.

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Previous experience in a customer-facing role is a plus.
• Basic computer skills.
