The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing the most appropriate marketing tactics to position and promote products in one major category, for success in business objectives.

Duties/Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for leading a variety of projects and day-to-day company operations including, but not limited to: 

• Develop market size and segmentation for product line offerings; Precisely locate the buyers, identify their needs and market gaps
• Understand the market competition; Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis; Deliver high-quality reports as basis for product strategies
• Collaborate with product managers to outline consistent product positioning and messaging, which articulates the value proposition and links each feature to a customer-oriented benefit
• Outline a product timeline and oversee the product development's successful execution
• Understand and document our buyer's process, including where they get information, and the who, what, when and why behind the decisions they make. Then drive changes to our sales and marketing processes based on what you learn
• Collaborate with marketing team to develop product marketing strategies, and create innovative programs to drive demands
• Deliver Go-To-Market plans, determining the types of advertising and marketing content
• Write compelling copy for different collateral types and audiences (landing pages, ads, etc.)
• Support our sales team by clearly elaborating problems we solve for customers, the user scenario, and stories; Prepare product FAQs
• Analyze sales data and channel information; Assess the effectiveness of the marketing programs that support your products on an ongoing basis, and make required changes
• Monitor customer feedbacks reported from all channels; Extract the proper customer demands to product demands, and include them in the future roadmap
• Manage and optimize tools used by the product, sales, and marketing teams; Create and roll out the best practices for using tools across the organization

Qualifications and Education Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience in product marketing or product management
• Ability to develop/conceptualize system requirements
• Demonstrated understanding the product definition process
• Excellent writing skills to prepare requirements documents
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment, working together with engineering to establish and meet product requirements
• Ability to organize work priorities and interact effectively with other team members

Working Conditions

• Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.
• Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach on a daily basis.
• Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs. pounds occasionally.
• Must be able to traverse and access all areas of the warehouse.
• Hours occasionally exceed 40 hours per week.
