Position Overview:

Renogy is seeking to hire a Customer Success Manager, to join our team. As part of our dynamic and rapidly growing team, we are seeking a highly motivated and adaptable individual to join us as a Customer Success Manager. This role offers a unique opportunity for those with or without prior solar experience, as we prioritize motivation, quick learning and eagerness to succeed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

This position will be responsible for leading a variety of activities including, but not limited to:

  • Identify and engage potential residential customers interested in solar solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to closing deals and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive repeat business and referrals.
  • Set and achieve aggressive sales targets in alignment with company objectives.
  • Utilize effective sales strategies to meet and exceed performance expectations.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
  • Provide feedback to the team to enhance product offerings and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Actively participate in ongoing training programs to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
  • Mentor and support team members to achieve collective sales goals.


Qualifications:

  • Proven track records in sales, with a focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese preferred to effectively communicate with a diverse customer base.
  • Motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for renewable energy.
  • Quick learner and adaptable to changing industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Prior experience in solar sales is a plus, but not mandatory.

Working Conditions:

  • Able to sit and work at a computer keyboard for extended periods of time.
  • Able to stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, and reach daily.
  • Hours occasionally exceed 40 hours per week.
  • Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
