Qualifications: - Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field - Good technical knowledge and proficiency in software development - Ability to work efficiently and effectively within an Agile Team, working both independently and collaboratively as required. - Ability to learn large, moderate complexity systems - Ability to work under the direction of team leads - Strong communication skills Accountabilities: - Design, develop, test, release, and support software to meet business and system requirements within architectural guidelines and best practices - Investigate and resolve technical issues - Research and present development options - Perform performance analysis and optimizations - All other duties as assigned TECHNICAL SKILLS: - Java, C , Relational databases. Web development is a plus. - Problem solving skills. - Working with XML is a plus.
