RegScale is Hiring an Enterprise Business Development Representative Near Tysons, VA

Your Role

The Enterprise Business Development Representative supports our Account Executive team and is responsible for generating new business opportunities and uncovering our potential customers’ needs. Day to day responsibilities will include, but not limited to,

  • Following up with inbound leads,
  • Conducting outbound activities to identify and engage potential customers,
  • Partnering closely with Account Executives on account strategy
  • Researching and mapping key accounts,
  • Aligning with marketing to execute demand generation campaigns and provide continuous feedback on messaging effectiveness and prospect responses,
  • Building a consistent, repeatable pipeline of new business opportunities across industries,
  • Conducting meetings with executives to qualify opportunities and uncover customer needs,
  • Promoting and attending in-person and virtual industry events and conferences, and
  • Managing and keeping the CRM up to date

What You’ll Need

  • College degree required
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment; curious, resourceful, disciplined
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented, drive, and above all else, COACHABLE!
  • Business development experience is nice to have, a positive attitude is a must
  • Proven competitive drive; demonstrated curiosity that leads to outcome

Position must be a US Citizen and is subject to a background check and unannounced drug testing requirements. Position will require low to moderate travel to RegScale office, industry events, partner and customer sites.
