Regal Staffing Services is now hiring Customer Services Representatives in Grand Prairie, TX.

Shift/Pay Rate: Monday – Friday (7am to 4:30pm): $16/hour
Responsibilities:
- Provide front desk coverage and serve as the initial point of contact welcoming company visitors
- Transfer data from paper formats into computer files or (3PL) database systems
- Answer all incoming phone calls and redirect to the appropriate department in a professional manner
- Greet and assist all visitors and ensure adherence to the company’s COVID-19 safety protocols including check-in procedures and issuance/retrieval of visitor/contractor badges
- Provide prompt, courteous, and accurate customer service to employees, vendors, and contractors/consultants
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Detail-oriented and multitasking skills
- Stable work history
- Pass drug screen and criminal background check
- Customer support experience
- Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
