Pay Rate: $25 - $30/hour
Responsibilities:
- Safely assemble quality products through the efficient use of manpower, materials, and equipment
- Direct the activities to production assembly departments, promote safe work practices, maintain production schedules and record keeping, and ensure quality standards are met
- Plan work, make assignments, assist in the hiring process, train new employees, and administer company policies consistently

Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in high speed production line
- Strong organizational, leadership, & administrative skills
- Operate a forklift
- Stand for long periods of time
- Lift 35 lbs.
- Computer literacy (MS Office & ERP SAP)
- Minimum 5 years of industrial maintenance is preferred
