Customer Support Specialist or Relationship Specialist
At Redi Carpet, we LOVE our customers, and we’re seeking an extraordinary candidate to join our Redi Support Team in the Raleigh area. Why? Because we’re the nation’s largest flooring provider in the multi-family (i.e., apartment) industry and we’re growing.
Starting Pay: $17.00 per hour
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm
In this role, you’ll get to:

• Work with internal and external customers to lend support
• Collaborate with our internal teams to ensure orders are entered and fulfilled
• Partner with our customers to resolve issues via phone or email
• Communicate meaningful solutions that help customers move their business forward

What skills you’ll need to have to be successful in this role:

• 1 year of administrative or customer service experience
• High school diploma
• Detail-orientation
• Ability to multi-task
• Interpersonal skills
