  • Drive communication and data storytelling best practices and thought leadership across product and marketing
  • Document and communicate findings and insights to business unit leaders, and provide strategic recommendations with clear business outcomes and assumptions

  • Operate as an owner of the product, using data and a deep understanding of our users to identify areas to optimize, troubleshoot functionality, and work with others to develop solutions that enhance the experience and performance of the site
  • Communicate timelines, goals, and performance to diverse audiences, including engineers, digital designers, fellow analysts, and senior leaders

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or equivalent experience
  • 2 years experience working in analytics, preferably product experience
  • Proficient in SQL and BI visualization tools
  • Experience in web analytics / clickstream data preferred
  • Strong communication skills, both with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Expert ability to tell stories with data, educate and motivate stakeholders to act on recommendations
  • Inquisitive and consultative mindset, rather than reacting to circumstances
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and end-to-end quantitative thinking
  • Ability to assess and address data quality concerns
  • Ability to translate data findings into actionable recommendations and process improvements
  • Ability to set priorities and manage time to complete tasks and meet deadlines
  • Strong level of accountability and ability to communicate across functional teams to drive priorities, anticipate pitfalls, and raise issues before they become project blockers
  • Strong bias towards action by demonstrating initiative to move projects forward independently, asking questions as the need arises and leveraging resources available
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Passionate about understanding customer behavior and improving the quality of interactions.
