All about the role:

We are seeking a dynamic Digital Product Launch Analyst to spearhead the successful introduction of our innovative products across various channels, including our owned platforms, partner channels, and syndication networks.

As a pivotal member of our team, you'll play a critical role in supporting our marketing strategies by meticulously orchestrating the tactical execution of product launches tailored for the US and Canadian markets. Your keen understanding of workflows and adept task management skills will be instrumental in navigating all phases of the digital lifecycle management process.

What you'll do:

Strategic Stakeholder Collaboration: Actively engage and collaborate with stakeholders across various departments, both within and outside of the marketing sphere, to orchestrate seamless digital product launches that align with organizational objectives and drive impactful outcomes.

Contributor Training and Support: Provide comprehensive training and ongoing support to contributors utilizing our Product Information Management (PIM) system, empowering them to efficiently manage product data and contribute to successful digital launches with confidence and proficiency.

Metadata Management Excellence: Take ownership of tagging and ensuring the accuracy of metadata within our PIM and Digital Asset Management (DAM) systems, optimizing content discoverability and enhancing user experience across digital platforms.

Automated Content Generation: Drive the generation and maintenance of templated automated content, leveraging innovative solutions to streamline content creation processes and enhance scalability while maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.

Proactive Issue Resolution: Demonstrate a proactive approach to troubleshooting and issue resolution by rolling up your sleeves and diving into investigations when challenges arise, leveraging your analytical skills and problem-solving acumen to swiftly address issues and minimize disruptions to launch timelines.

Qualifications required:

  • Bachelor's degree.

  • 3-5 years' experience or equivalent experience to a corporate environment.

  • Experience with at least one of the following technologies: CMS (Content Management), DAM (Digital Asset) and PIM (Product Information).

  • Working knowledge of digital marketing best practices and understanding of digital production processes.

  • Demonstrated track record of detail-oriented execution of digital and/or marketing initiatives.
